The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) brings together a number of departments and associated research centres at Lancaster University. This brand uses circles in the shape of two 'F's to represent the union of these departments. The logo has then presented an opportunity to exploit circular graphics which relate well to the research and scientific feel the faculty required. If you look closely at the image, you can just make out a large spot UV varnished 'F' in the logos circular fashion on the front face of the folder.
